National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) is celebrated\u00a0every October\u00a0across the United States, recognizing the contributions and potential of people with disabilities in the workplace. At Tierra, we believe every person we serve has the right to find their path to meaningful employment, where they are valued and respected for their gifts and talents.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kick-off NDEAM and support our organization this October by participating in<\/strong><\/p>\n

Walk, Run, or Roll at your own pace\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

October 1st – 15th\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Donate, Start a Team, or Fundraise on your own! <\/strong>Complete a 5K (3.1 miles\/7,000 steps) or 10K (6.2 miles\/13,000 steps) <\/strong>or your own personal challenge at your convenience any time, anywhere between October 1st through October 15th.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
